Shipping and Returns Policy
Artiz Lee wants you to be entirely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, and receive a damaged item we will gladly accept the return of items that are unwashed, unworn, and unaltered with the original labels attached and accompanied by the original invoice for online orders, or purchase information from your receipt, within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Customers may exchange item(s) within 7 days of the order shipment date if sizing is off.
- Orders placed using PayPal or Shop Pay cannot be returned.
- ALL SALES ARE FINAL
- Clearance/Sale items are NON-RETURNABLE and NON-EXCHANGEABLE
- ALL PREORDERS TAKE 3-4 WEEKS TO ARRIVE AT LEAST PRIOR TO SHIPPING
- Please allow up to two weeks for us to receive and process your return. You will receive an email notification upon the completion of return processing.
