ARTIZ LEE SHIPPING POLICY

Artiz Lee strives to provide fashionable quality clothing that is comfortable and excellent customer service to our customers worldwide. We strive to produce all our goods and services to satisfy each and every individual that joins our shopping community.

ALL PREORDERS TAKE 3-4 WEEKS TO RECEIVE THE PRODUCT UNLESS ALREADY ON HAND! THANKS FOR YOUR PATIENCE.

Please note: Due to material shortages it might take us longer than usual to get orders to you as everything is outsourced. But don’t worry—the estimated delivery date we provide at checkout reflects any known delays. You can see your order status and any updates to your estimated delivery date via the tracking number that has been e-mailed to you (be sure to check your spam folder if you have not seen an e-mail).
  • We process and deliver orders Monday-Friday (excluding holidays). Saturday and/or Sunday deliveries may be available for some orders.
  • All orders will receive a tracking confirmation number.
  • Processing starts at the time of confirmation of order and payment received.
  • We use a variety of shipping carriers to make sure we deliver your order as soon as possible.
  • If you order multiple items, you may get multiple deliveries. We’ll send you a shipping confirmation email for each shipment, so you’ll know exactly what to expect and when to expect it.
  • Orders to APO/FPO addresses ship free via USPS Military Mail and arrive within 30-45 days.
